Solution:

Check your PV-Systems Portal for current data for the current day. If this does not exist, the connection will not be able to be renewed. If there is live data, please delete the datasource from the account and then reinsert it into the account. 


If this problem persists, please submit a ticket to support@solar-fox.com along with a screenshot of your plant's current production, as well as with the SFD Number of the Display.
