If the mini computer is no longer functional and you have already tried all the recommended solutions from us, you will be able to send the device back to us and receive a replacement, once these conditions are met:
- Device must be under warranty to receive a replacement unit. Warranty for the device is a period of 2 years from the date of receiving the device.
- Devices just outside of the warranty period can still submit a request, but they will be required to pay for the sending of the device to us, as well as this does not guarantee that the unit can be repaired.
- In the event of the device being completely defective, we can also offer the sale of only the mini computer, instead of the sale of an entire package.
