Please go through all the steps before submitting a ticket to support@solar-fox.com
- Please check that all cables are connected properly. One power cable for the screen and one power cable for the control computer.
- Use a voltage reading instrument to test the connection and power sockets for an electrical current.
- Use the buttons on the Display to turn on the display, some units are not equipped with the IR receiver, so the remote control would not function.
