Is the Display functional but there is something wrong with the functions of the control computer or slideshow?
Please check the various issues and their solutions below.
Error Message: No Signal
- Please check that the power cable is properly connected to the small control computer attached to the back of the Display.
- Verify that LEDs are present and blinking on the mini computer. If this is not the case, please use a voltage reading instrument to see if the power supply has become defective.
- If LEDs are blinking, please check the HDMI cable and connection, make sure that the Display is set to the right HDMI Source.
- If power is present, perform a Factory Reset by pressing the button with a pin that is located next to the power supply port on the mini computer.
